¨ El mayor objetivo del arquitecto… Es crear un paraíso. Cada casa, cada producto de arquitectura… Debería ser el fruto de nuestro empeño por crear un paraíso terrenal para las personas.

La residencia BV es un proyecto ubicado en La Merced, cerca de Quito. El diseño del proyecto toma como eje principal las condiciones del entorno, buscando integrarlo con el ambiente natural y traer las sensaciones del mismo al espacio arquitectónico.

Esta vivienda unifamiliar tiene como corazón un área social abierta, espacios para compartir y para integración, y un área privada concebida a partir de un área común, brindando transiciones naturales. Elementos que permiten integrar ambientes abiertos, el ingreso de luz y su materialidad natural le confieren su principal característica de conexión con su entorno.

Residence BV is located in La Merced, near Quito. The design takes its entourage as its main axis, aiming for integration with the natural environment and the combination between its sensations and the architectural space.

This home presents the social areas as its heart, spaces to share and to integrate. The private area is conceived from this social spaces, allowing a natural transition between them. Elements that allow to connect interior and exterior spaces, natural light and natural materials give the project its main characteristic: connection with the entourage.
